Home to 970 native plant species, 200 species of birds and abundant native animals, the Grampians (Gariwerd) National Park is the fourth largest national park in Victoria. The park is made up of four precipitous and spectacular ranges formed millions of years ago when the sandy sediments lifted and tilted to form the distinctive landscape seen today.
Little Desert and the Wimmera
Explore the volcanic plains in the southern Grampians at Mount Eccles National Park and then discover the changing landscapes of the Wimmera, Victoria's western region.
